1. Advanced Internal Combustion Forklift Counterweights are primarily made of cast iron. They use the front wheel contact point as the fulcrum, balancing the load on the forks through counterweight adjustment while maintaining rear wheel contact with the ground, ensuring stable forklift operation.

2. When carrying heavy loads, the forks should be 20-30 cm off the ground. Reduce speed when turning or on inclines.

3. When operating the forklift downhill, the forks should face the downhill direction, and the forklift should be reversed.

4. The forklift must be braked during loading and unloading.

Are there any precautions?

1. Unauthorized modifications are prohibited. The weight of the forklift counterweights must not be increased or decreased arbitrarily and must strictly adhere to design standards.

2. Overloading and uneven loading are strictly prohibited. Maintain rear wheel traction.

What are the common problems with counterweight iron?
