What is the general manufacturing process?

1. Molding: Raw materials are smelted, molten iron is poured, the mold is closed, and after a certain period of time, the mold is opened and allowed to cool naturally.

2. Shot blasting, cleaning, and polishing: First shot blasting and cleaning, simple grinding of burrs and flash, fine polishing of all four sides of the product, second shot blasting, and inspection and repair.

3. Painting: The product enters the painting workshop, where putty is applied inside and out. After it dries completely, it is painted, and finally, quality inspection and repair are performed.
