Recently, the iron chip briquetting workshop at Zunhua Shengjian Fanrong Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. successfully completed its commissioning phase and officially commenced production. This initiative not only optimizes the company's internal production processes but also plays a proactive role in driving the quality improvement and upgrading of the local cast iron counterweight industry chain, thereby injecting new vitality into the company's high-quality development.

The workshop features a scientifically and rationally designed raw material configuration. It utilizes high-purity pig iron, "bread iron" (ingot iron), and QT450 ductile iron—materials characterized by high metal yield rates—as its core raw materials, supplemented by HT250 gray iron, thereby ensuring the superior quality of the resulting briquette products. Concurrently, the workshop makes full use of the iron chips and scrap generated during the factory's own machining operations. By recycling and repurposing these materials—which would otherwise remain idle waste—the facility achieves a circular flow of production resources, effectively minimizing raw material waste and reducing procurement costs.

Following the briquetting process, the density of the iron chips increases significantly. This not only reduces the frequency with which magnetic lifters must be deployed—thereby minimizing material loss during handling—but also accelerates the charging rate during the subsequent smelting phase. Consequently, the smelting cycle is shortened, further reducing both production and handling costs, and resulting in a significant optimization of the overall production workflow. The launch of this iron chip briquetting workshop serves to enhance both the company's overall economic efficiency and its market competitiveness; furthermore, it provides the cast iron counterweight industry chain with raw material support that is both more cost-effective and practical, thereby fostering the healthy and sustainable development of the entire industry chain.
