Shengjian Fanrong Machinery activated a cross-departmental collaboration mechanism, mobilizing key personnel from its Technical Department, Production Department, and other divisions to undertake an intensive, two-week problem-solving campaign. Through a clear division of labor and close cooperation, the various departments combined their efforts to form a unified, synergistic force.

The Technical Department took the lead in analyzing the deformed samples, preliminarily concluding that the deformation was linked to mold design flaws, uneven cooling, and residual internal stresses. Following a detailed disassembly and inspection, the Mold Department confirmed that the primary root causes lay in a misaligned mold gate and irregularities within the cooling water channels; these defects resulted in an unbalanced flow of molten metal during casting and uneven cooling, which in turn generated internal stresses that caused the deformation.
