Mortar Pump Casing

The durable mortar pump casings from Shengjian Fanrong factory are mostly volute-shaped, hence also called volute casings. Due to the gradually expanding cross-sectional area of the flow channel, the high-speed fluid ejected from around the impeller gradually reduces its velocity, effectively converting part of the kinetic energy into static pressure energy. The pump casing not only collects the fluid ejected by the impeller but also acts as an energy conversion device.

What are the structural features of this product?

1.Double-layer casing structure: The outer layer of the quality mortar pump casing is a metal pump housing (front and rear), typically made of HT200 or QT500-7 (gray cast iron or ductile iron); the inner casing can be made of high-chromium alloy cast iron (including the volute, front and rear end plates) or rubber (including the front and rear volutes).

2. Replaceable liner: The pump body and pump cover have replaceable metal liners. The liner material is a high-chromium wear-resistant alloy material. The liner can be used until it is worn through, extending the maintenance cycle and reducing operating costs.

3. Adjustable outlet direction: The pump outlet direction can be rotated to eight different positions at 45° intervals, providing installation flexibility.

4. Supports customization and custom manufacturing based on drawings.
